Tracy Cartwright with Rodrigo Hagar Millon
16 Apr 2026
In this episode of Constellations and All That, I’m joined by Rodrigo Hagar for a deeply honest and expansive conversation about what it really means to walk a path of healing.
Rodrigo is a clinical psychologist, family constellations facilitator, and co-director of an institute in Chile offering trainings in systemic constellations and trauma. He is also a composer and writer, bringing a rich integration of music, depth psychology, and lived experience into his work.
In this conversation, we gently open into:
Why there is no healing path that exists outside of our family system
How “spiritual bypassing” can keep us disconnected from what truly needs to be seen
The unconscious ways we stay loyal to our family through patterns, behaviours, and even struggle
What it means to belong — and how that shapes the way we live, love, and heal
The living field of constellations, and what happens when we allow it to lead
Rodrigo also shares parts of his own journey from personal crisis into this work and how family constellations continues to shape his life, his parenting, and his relationship to self.
