Tracy Cartwright with Raquel Schlosser
15 Jan 2026
Join us for an inspiring conversation with Raquel Schlosser, a Mexican psychologist, pioneer in professional Family Constellations, and founder of the Institute for Transgenerational Studies. With over 45 years of experience in psychology and 30 years in transgenerational work, Raquel has dedicated her life to uncovering hidden patterns of trauma across generations from survivors of war and political persecution to those affected by domestic violence and social injustice.
In this episode, Raquel shares her extraordinary journey: studying with Bert Hellinger, translating and editing his work, and creating a multidisciplinary approach that bridges systemic constellations, psychoanalysis, social responsibility, and gender perspectives. She explains how conscience, responsibility, and unspoken family dynamics shape our lives, offering insights into how we can advance rather than just “heal.”
Through touching personal stories including taking her father, an Auschwitz survivor, to Hellinger’s conference and teaching her daughter the “movements of the soul”, Raquel reveals the depth, humanity, and transformative power of her work.
Raquel will be the fourth leading facilitator at the ANZCI Family Constellations Immersion in New Zealand this April, and she also runs workshops in Israel, Argentina, and beyond.
