NOURISHING WISDOM & SUPPORT

Tending To Our Waters

The experiences of wahine/women are often shaped by stories that remain unspoken—stories held within the body, passed through generations, influenced by culture, family, community, and our relationship with the natural world.

Nourishing Wisdom & Support is a one-day online summit bringing together diverse speakers, educators, practitioners, researchers, and wisdom holders to explore the many factors that influence women’s wellbeing across the lifespan.

Through inspiring conversations, practical teachings, and lived experiences, we’ll explore topics including menstrual health, reproductive wellbeing, sexuality, trauma and recovery, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, embodiment, ancestral influences, family and systemic patterns, and women’s connection to the land and the cycles of nature.

This gathering recognises that women’s wellbeing cannot be understood through a single lens. Our physical health, emotional wellbeing, family history, social conditioning, cultural narratives, and sense of belonging are deeply interconnected.

At the heart of the summit is an invitation to listen more deeply to the wisdom of the body—to become curious about our symptoms, sensations, emotions, cycles, and experiences, and to consider what they may be asking us to notice.

We honour Whare Tangata—the House of Humanity—recognising the womb as the first home of life and a place through which generations are connected. We also explore the Yoni, a sacred source of creation, intuition, memory, and feminine wisdom.

Grounded in our relationship with Papatūānuku, the Earth Mother who sustains and nourishes all life, this summit invites us to remember that healing is not only personal. It is relational—woven through our connection to ourselves, our ancestors, our communities, the land, and the generations yet to come.

Whether you’re seeking knowledge, practical tools, professional insights, personal growth, support, or a deeper understanding of the feminine journey, this is a space to learn, reflect, connect, and remember.

Come and fill your basket with wisdom, resources, practices and connections to nourish your journey.
