Family Constellations is a blend of somatic body work,psychology, energy medicine, and Wairua. The work is based around intergenerational healing, looking at what's out of balance, and acknowledging what is unconsciously showing up in our lives that wishes to be seen, maybe finding a healing movement or insight that is needed to move forward.
Through a holistic lens, this work helps us see hidden dynamics, ancestral entanglements, and patterns that may be shaping our experiences. When given space to be acknowledged, these unseen influences can begin to shift. Participants often gain clarity and insight around challenges such as:
Relationship struggles
Money blocks
Anxiety
Addictions
Health issues
Repeating life patterns
This is group work. Depending on attendance, not everyone is guaranteed a turn in the “hot seat.” However, at least one group exercise will be included so every participant receives a meaningful experience.
This workshop is open to anyone who feels called to explore their family system and deepen their understanding of what may be ready to move or heal.
