And we discover what becomes possible when women come together to support, celebrate and witness one another.
The Retreat

Meet Your Facilitator
Tracy Cartwright
For over 30 years, Tracy has walked alongside people on their healing journey, combining her experience in healthcare, intuitive guidance, and Family Constellations. She is passionate about creating nurturing spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, their ancestors, and the wisdom that lives within them.
Assisted by
Josee Lebel is a Naturopath, Herbalist, Yoga Teacher, and Constellator. Grounded in her lived experience as a woman, mother, and grandmother, she brings a compassionate and nurturing presence to her work.
Frida Kabo is a Business Constellation Facilitator and Mentor, helping business owners explore what’s happening underneath the strategy so they can find clearer ways forward.
