TO MONEY AND JOY
Weekend Workshop with
This workshop weekend is suitable for anyone looking for a deeper understanding or techniques to move forward in their life.
This workshop is hosted by Tracy Cartwright Constellations. Tracy has invited Sarah Peyton to facilitate 3 workshops running over labour weekend in October in St Helliers in Auckland. Registrations details are below.
The three workshops are:
DAY 1 and DAY 2: Clearing Unconscious Contracts:
1 What We Don’t Know About Ourselves and Money
2 Finding Joy
DAY 3 Master Class
Constellating with Neuroscience
DAY 1 What We Don’t Know About Ourselves and Money – Clearing Unconscious Contracts that Block Abundance
Workshop description: In our world, money often carries significance beyond coins, paper and numerical value. It often has its own personality or carries with it implications and consequences that can almost turn us inside out in relationship to ownership, wealth, debt, sufficiency and abundance.
These money-shadows are most often invisible to us until we take the opportunity to turn and look at them. Do we believe that money is evil? Do we believe that it comes with a particular responsibility or punishment? Do we believe that we should behave in particular ways with money? Do we believe we don’t deserve it? Do we have loyalties which prevent us from acquiring or enjoying it? Do we find ourselves mysteriously blocked in relationship to it?
Join Sarah Peyton for a workshop exploring and clearing the unconscious entanglements and contracts that stop us from enjoying this aspect of life’s flow.
DAY 2 Finding Joy
Workshop description: Does your body need acknowledgment that sometimes you want more? Would you love to experience lifts and moments of soaring joy that would connect you with your life purpose? Is there a longing to step fully into what this life has to offer?
If so, join Sarah Peyton a workshop exploring how the eight circuits of our basic emotional life: Care, Play, Sexuality, Seeking, Fear, Rage, Disgust and Grief contribute to sustainable, ongoing joy. Short learning talks and healing explorations and exercises, including mini-constellations, will be a part of each day.
Participants will explore:
An understanding of the original diminishment of joy in attachment relationships
Dissolving unconscious contracts that make us smaller than we are
What is entangled in our life energy, and how to disentangle it
The pathway from dissociation back to aliveness
Clearing the blocks that can arise from unheld fear, grief and anger
DAY 3 Master Class on Constellating with Neuroscience
Workshop description: What are the riddles of life that bring people to constellations as seekers? How are their brains involved in their issues? And how can a knowledge of human nervous systems and neural systems help us to better support our healing work in the world? How can constellations respond most fully and responsibly to people’s longings? Join Sarah Peyton to begin or
extend your constellation facilitation exploration.
Learn the nuts and bolts of trauma and the brain, and learn to identify and work with the elements of trauma as they show up in constellations
Understand the elements of relational neuroscience that illuminate constellation work
Integrate this understanding of neuroscience into constellation work
Work on specific aspects of facilitation that can be troublesome or mysterious
By lottery, some participants will receive personalized support for the journey of exploration and facilitation
Sarah Peyton, constellations facilitator, Certified Trainer of Nonviolent Communication and neuroscience educator, integrates constellations, brain science and the use of resonant language to heal trauma with exquisite and warm gentleness.
